Morning Aikido. We did a series of techniques based on the Morote Dori Ikkyo that we were doing. These came out something like Morote Dori Irimi Nage, Morote Dori Kokyu Ho, Morote Dori Shiho Nage. This was most interesting to feel the differences between them, and the similarities. There is one of these that it feels like you just turn around, and let the uke have you arm that they so desperately want to grab, and then they have to fall over. It was cool!
I need to work on my balance in aikido on the mat and in life. Seems that they are related a bit. Was tired, and am not getting good sleep lately so I bailed on evening Aikido tonight.
